Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved with the mission of CanLiv including signing up for the monthly newsletter, submitting a patient or doctor/researcher story, donating, and 'liking' us on facebook. Donations, comments about the website, and recommendations regarding features you would like to see on CanLiv can be sent to CanLiv at CanLivHCF@canliv.org. All information submitted to CanLiv, is private and confidential, including email addresses and other contact information.
