CanLiv and The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation held The 1st Annual Biliary Tract-Gallbladder Cancer Research Symposium in May 2010.
Doctors, researchers, officials from the NCI, patients and patient advocates convened in Alexandria, VA, for a day of scientific talks and interactive workshops designed to identify the highest priorities for biliary and gallbladder cancer research. Participants represented six countries including Canada, Great Britain, Chile, Japan, China and the United States.
